Event Requirements

Venue Capacity : we need a clear understanding of the total capacity of your venue so we can estimate the volume of space in which we need to fill together with how we would like to place certain items inside the venue to coincide with the event.

Ticket Prices : We will need some information on how much you intend ticket prices for the event to be set at and how many will be expected to sell so costs can be divided and payment split up between ourselves and the venue accordingly.

Spec of Venue : If possible we would like a detailed spec of the venue including equipment, lights lasers and sound system so that all our Dj's and artists have a clear understanding of what is expected of them upon participating at the event.

Music Style of Venue : If possible a detailed outline of the various genres of music played at the venue so that we can select the right artists together possibly with resident DJ's for the venue to give the event the correct edge and music requirement for the clubber's attending.
